December 18, 2008 Rachel's Birthday at the Olive Garden

We went to the Olive Garden with Bret, Missy, Scott, Shane, Paige and Rachel for Rachel's 7th birthday. While we were waiting the waiter asked who wanted to sing for free dipping sauce for their breadsticks., Well Grandma Sharon and Shane sang Jingle Bells in the lobby for all to hear and then the waiter gave them a coupon for free alfredo dipping sauce...which is Rachel's favorite thing, so it was given to her for her b-day. yummy.

A Great Thanksgiving!

Thanks to everyone for letting me take your pictures. Love ya.

After Thanksgiving Dinner we had some friendly decorating competition. Mom and Keiko had arranged for us to decorate Gingerbread Houses. They divided us into groups and gave us decorating supplies. It was fun to see what happened when 6 groups of people were given the same materials and then set free. Everyone had fun. Creativity showed and rivalries were displayed. Thanks for the activity Mom and Keiko.
